Nigerian activist, Aisha Yesufu has broken her silence following the release of the Lagos Judicial panel report.
Yesufu in her reaction described the content of the panel report as “bravely and courage personified.”
Recall that Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State had yesterday received the reports on police brutality cases and the Lekki shooting investigation from the state judicial panel.
The governor received the two reports from the Chairperson of the panel, Justice Doris Okuwobi (rtd). at the State Secretariat in Ikeja on Monday.
In her own reaction, Yesufu who took to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter commended what the Lagos panel did.
She described it as activism of the highest order.
She wrote: “Activism is not just about being at protest grounds and making demands. Courage and bravery is not only facing guns and bullets on the streets.
“You see what the Lagos panel did with this report?
“It is Activism of the highest order. It is bravely and Courage personified.”
